We’re starting a tremendous journey together.

This is your time, your time to discover your own inner wellsprings of energy. It’s worth reflecting a bit, right here at the beginning, on one central fact:

You are worth it!

So, let’s make the most of this exciting journey back towards your original vitality. 

Course Format

Firstly, the course is designed to lead you gently through a five day process of boosting your energy.

Each day you receive:

  • Morning yoga classes – you can choose to do the full energy or lower energy version. If you know you would find it difficult to do an hour of yoga, then choose the lower energy version.
    Both classes have excellent information within them, so eventually, it’s worth viewing both. You can do that in your own time after the course. 
  • Midday mudra and breathing – 10 mins in the middle of the day to give you a glow to carry through the rest of the day (and your life!)
  • Evening meditation – to prepare your body for a healing sleep

WhatsApp Group and Live Q&A sessions

  • Please join our WhatsApp group and engage! We’d love to hear your questions, your challenges… and your discoveries and triumphs. And so would everyone else on the group. Every engagement helps build community. And community is one of the great boosters of your healing response. 
  • Building community requires responsibility, too, so we ask you to consider what you write and refrain from any unkindness. Be sincere, genuine, curious, clear, heartfelt.

Making the Most of Our Week Together:

1. Choose to give yourself this time
You’ve got a morning yoga session, 10mins of mudra and breathing at midday, and 15-20mins of meditation to slide into bed with… Think how much your body and mind will thank you if you give yourself the time for these sessions. It’s not that much, really! This is your week, so let’s make it soooo nourishing! And let’s make it count. 

2. I can do the sessions at any time
Meditation in the morning? Yoga at night?
Why not? If your timing is different to many people’s normal pattern, and if it suits you, go for it! Listen to your body wisdom and plan your day for maximum benefit. 

3. There are parallel morning yoga sessions, for ‘normal’ and ‘lower’ energy levels. Which do I choose?
How do you feel about the idea of standing for a normal yoga class? If a part of you is saying, ‘Oh yes!’, then go for the main session. 

But if a part of you is thinking, ‘Oh no’, then please please listen to this! This is a super important moment for you; a moment when you can begin befriending your body wisdom. Choose the low energy version and enjoy your wise choice not to do the main session.
