In this third of our Post Grad Masterclass series for this year, join Noelene for an exploration of two important topics:
- the power of mudras in teaching meditation, and
- the difference between mindfulness and Dru meditation.
The Power of Mudras
With simple changes in the arrangement of our hands, our body, or even our tongue through mudras, we can manipulate the flow of prana throughout our chakras and nadis, raising our consciousness!
We’ll explore how and why the mudras we already use work so well, and practise more mudras that will enhance our own meditation and that of our students.
Mindfulness and Dru Meditation
Do you ever wonder exactly how to respond when someone asks you the difference between Dru meditation and mindfulness? We’ll discuss the differences and leave you with a deeper understanding of the power of what you are teaching, and how to talk to others about it!
This Masterclass is suitable for Dru Meditation graduates. You will accrue 2 Professional development CPD points for attending.

I find Dru meditation really helps to bring balance in myself in this hurly burly world. It is a wonderful tool to take out and share with others.

Knowing the benefits that Dru Yoga had for me, I then went on to teach both Dru Yoga and Meditation, I found that Dru Meditation took my practice to another level, I became a much calmer person, slept better, my outlook on life changed, my love for nature increased, what I found astounding was when I began teaching meditation, was watching, over the course of time the wonderful changes in people, it was almost like they were blossoming !
