Koshas, Vayus and Chakras a Dru Masterclass (CPD) in Albury Wodonga
Koshas, Vayus and Chakras a Dru Masterclass (CPD) with Patricia Brown and Angela Baker
In this Masterclass (which contributes to your continuing professional development (CPD)) you will explore the subtelties of the Vayus and the play of the Chakras in your yoga practice and for teaching.
The Vayus (wind) are 5 main movements of prana through out your physical and subtle body. When energy is in motion and our prana is flowing our health on all levels is at an optimum. Explore much loved Dru practices and discover a new level of understanding in their design and purpose through the lens of the Vayus!
Chakras are a map to our consciousness. They overlay our physical body, yet are expressed through all the kosha layers and can be exquisitely influenced by our practice. In a posture or sequence, where is your attention drawn to and why? What chakra does it relate to? What does this tell you? Is there a way to enhance or even improve the experience physically, energetically or emotionally?
We will also be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the WPF! Albury-Wodonga is alive with this potent transformational "Flame", this symbol of hope, freedom and unity. We have incorporated a special experience for you, associated with what the WPF teaches.
As this masterclass qualifies as your continuing professional development, there will be 5 CPD points (Teaching Skills or Connect) allocated and open to all Dru Yoga graduates and Dru Meditation graduates.
I not only enjoyed it, I loved it! Thank you. It really helped me to feel my core stability muscles. I'm looking forward training them ;-)
If you want to physically strengthen your body and emotionally enhance your mind, Dru Yoga will give you the tools to take into your daily life and help you cope with the stresses of modern living.
Thank you, this was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home! Great production also - good picture, good sound, easy to fast forward and great that I could see what was happening as I fast forwarded so I knew when to stop. I also like the way Dru Online is bringing us more specific subjects like this one, that before we have only seen in the workbooks. Thank you.
