The Power of Mudras with Noelene Francis
In this special Masterclass we'll explore the power of mudras to deepen your awareness and concentration, positively influence your state of mind, and influence unconscious habit patterns.
Mudras can involve hand gestures, head mudras, postural mudras and even visualisations. Mudras redirect the flow of prana in the same way that a mirror refracts light, and help to establish pranic balance within the koshas, They have the power to balance the elements in your body.
Join Noelene at this workshop who'll be sharing her depth of knowledge and love of mudras and how they can be used positively in our classes and in day to day life.

Bring Yoga mat, cushion, water bottle, notebook, pen, small plate to share for afternoon tea.
The masterclass is open to all Dru Yoga graduates and those who haven't quite graduated, as well as Dru Meditation students and graduates. Graduates earn 3 'Teaching skills' CPD points
Dru Meditation students and grads are welcome to stay on for a Meditation Q & A session finishing at 5.00pm
