In the driver’s seat: living a life on purpose
A half day workshop designed especially for men
led by Greg Carlin, Pete Bottomley & Chris Bullmore
In this workshop we will explore ways of building a greater sense of objectivity.
This allows us to develop breathing spaces in which we can reflect, then choose constructive and reliable responses when we meet unexpected changes.
We will draw on physical movement, breath awareness and Dru Meditation techniques. You will learn how to integrate these techniques into a regular yoga practice or just into your daily activity.

Please arrive by 12.45 pm for Registration.
Workshop begins at 1 pm.
Cancellations: If you cancel (because of illness or some other unforeseen circumstance) then we give you the option of transferring the event fee to a future Dru Australia course or event, or to the purchase of other Dru Australia purchases.
If we cancel a Dru workshop, we give you the option of the event being reimbursed, or transferring it to a future Dru event.
