The Bhagavad Gita contains the wisdom you need for successful living and spiritual realisation. Every year Dru runs an in-depth retreat for those who want to dive deeper into their personal growth and pursue their spiritual path.  We are doing it again this year as an online offering so you can join us to explore the Gita no matter where you live in the world. 

The Bhagavad Gita contains a detailed set of instructions on overcoming adversity and reaching your fullest potential.  It is so important during this extraordinary time of change to hear and explore the deepest truths so that we can create a more harmonious world for ourselves and all around us. 

As the sourcebook of yoga and meditation, the Gita contains the essential wisdom you need to re-evaluate your direction so that you can live a more fulfilling life.

This retreat at home will include study sessions and lectures on the Bhagavad Gita, some Gita yoga and calming meditation, and chanting sessions to help you with pronunciation. You’ll learn how to apply the lessons of the Gita to your own self-development, and ways to introduce this beautiful text into your yoga or meditation classes.

In this Gita retreat we will give a focus on Chapter 9 where you can get a deeper understanding of the workings of the universe.

The course will rely upon and cross-reference to material from The Dru Bhagavad Gita and the Bhagavad Gita DVD Series.

How will the course be delivered?

We will meet up online on December 3rd, 4th and 5th. Each day will have 2-3 live contact hours. We are still working on the details of the timetable.

 If you’re unable to attend a live session you can always catch up as you will receive replays of all the live sessions. 

We will include a couple of zoom sessions for smaller groups to learn and discuss how the Gita can become a deeper part of our lives
