This Taster Day in Chester is tailored for everyone interested in the Dru Yoga Foundation or Teacher Training course. There will be plenty of time to talk to our experienced tutors, ask questions, and enjoy the many aspects of Dru Yoga:
•Asanas (yoga postures)
•Flowing sequences, including Energy Block Release Sequences
•Pranayama (breath work)
•Aspects of Anatomy & Physiology
•Principles of core stability
•Anatomy of the subtle energy system and more…
So by the end of the day, you will feel brilliant and have gained the knowledge you need to make your decision. Whether you're a total beginner or someone more experienced, this day is for you!
Please wear comfortable yoga clothes and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
