Dru Yoga: A Five Step Programme to Feeling Healthy, Energised, Centred & in Control of your Life

10 April, 2022
(Registration open till April 2022)

10.30 -13:00 - Dru Yoga Workshop

Feel healthy, energised, centred & in control of your Life.

In our busy lives it can be challenging to find the time to invest in our own health and wellbeing. But there’s real wisdom in carving out space to step back and to practise yoga and meditation, as way of bringing ourselves into balance. Dynamic movement combined with an opportunity to relax deeply, helps to boost our energy levels so that we feel balanced, more confident, calm, and in control of our responses to life’s challenges.

This workshop is packed full of energising yoga sequences, easy to practice meditation and deep relaxation

*    A flowing sequence that helps to release energetic or emotional blockages
*    The Dru Yoga sequence to tone and strengthen your body
*    A deep relaxation that will nourish you from the inside out
*    Meditation to still your mind and increase your clarity
*    A Mudra practice to bring a sense of inner peace and contentment

Dru Yoga is designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups.

13:00 - 13:30 - Dru Yoga Teacher Training Q & A Session (Optional)

Immediately after the main workshop (10:30 - 13:00) there will be an optional 30 minute session for those wishing to explore our upcoming Dru Yoga teacher training course, starting in May 2022.

A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Taking time out from busy schedules and just pausing to take care of myself and be in the moment. I feel very calm and centred.

Dru Yoga is so gentle and flowing with no forced movement; my body always feels so much better after practising.

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- My favourite part was the Salutation to the 4 Directions. I love doing and teaching this already, but really enjoyed using colour and affirmations within the sequence.
