'Bliss Out' Dru Yoga Retreat@Home

This exciting and deeply nurturing weekend aims to give you a complete immersion into the magic of Dru Yoga.

It's the yoga style that brings you that marvellous feeling of 'ahh... now I feel like I've come home.' Energised, aware, inspired, empowered, feeling fully in your body - these are the consistent qualities you are likely to experience after a session of Dru. 

It will be live streamed to you, hosted by Chandra Goswami, Christiane Saar and team, bringing you the best of Dru.

You'll explore our instant awakeners - we call them activations - as well as Dru's unique Energy Block Release sequences. With these you'll learn to quickly clear tiredness and stress, freeing your physical joints and muscles while also reclaiming a free-flow of energy through your energy system and emotions.

From there you'll explore the deep insights into yoga asanas offered by Dru; you'll experience their power for crafting your body, mind, emotions to feel remarkably fulfilled. Discover the Dru points of stillness within postures that can propel you into a whole new experience of your own inner potential.

We'll touch depths of stillness and empowerment with nourishing meditations, which are easy for even the most turbulent minds after our profound yoga experiences. 

We'll also guide you through everyone's favourite: remarkably deep relaxations that harness the core archetypes of the mind - sun, moon, earth and more. These are not only total bliss-outs, they also enable you to heal old hurts and awaken new strengths. 

The aim of the weekend is to help you feel in control of your health, aware of your unique purpose, alive in your emotions and wise in your mind... on your way to awakening your own inner spiritual strengths.
