Even in the most challenging times, we can discover joy!
This Friday, Annie and Jane will help you review your practice for optimum physical health, energy, mental health, intuition and spirituality. Through working through the 5 koshas (the 5 levels of being), we can bring health and delight to every part of our body/mind complex.

Jane and Annie will give you practical advice to help you navigate lockdown and come out wiser, healthier and more joyful. They will share a nurturing meditation to bring harmony to your home, your family and to the world. And with humour and song they will remind us that there is sweetness to be found even in this situation.
