Devi Namaskara yoga flow sequence workshop in Leeds, Aug 2019
In this dynamic workshop we present the Devi Namaskara, a new Dru sequence, which is designed to increase courage and will power. As you connect to the 5 elements and the power of the heart you will find that qualities of the divine feminine naturally start to unfold. As well as the Devi Namaskara you will learn three easy to apply techniques for self-empowerment.
The programme includes:
- dynamic and fun activation
- muscle stretches and strengthening exercises
- specific pranayama to strengthen core and limbs
- mudra and mantra
- Dru Nidra (empowering deep relaxation)
It is important to note that this session is designed for yogis who like a challenge and want to develop their fitness and suppleness as well as inner power. It is therefore not recommended for people with heart, lung or inflammatory joint conditions.
Please bring a non-slip mat, cushion, blanket, strap, yoga brick, notebook & pen, water bottle and lunch.
