These workshops are hugely enjoyable and practical, exploring basic principles that create a successful meditation practice. Meet the tutors and get all your questions answered about the 4-day Foundation Course & the more indepth Dru Meditation Training Course.

Regular experience of deep meditation creates profound change which benefits many aspects of our lives. Dru Meditation is about finding a still inner point from which you can look at the world in a different way and discover a fresh, new perspective on your life.

This course has been designed as a powerful transformational journey that provides you with the tools to examine and transform ways of being that you find unhelpful so that you can engage with your life in a positive and successful way.

It takes you deeply into the science of meditation showing how to bring your awareness from the physical body, through to the deepest layers of your being. It’s a systematic approach to working with the five koshas, which are the different levels through which we express ourselves in the world.

The next Dru Meditation training course, with the option to train to teach Dru Meditation, will start in November 2020 with a second in-take in January 2021.

It will be 24 days over 18 months.

Thank you all so much for this! What a precious gift this has been.
Connecting in with teachers and fellow Dru yogis around the world is always a great joy. 
Following the videos and working on the meditations has been everything I have needed this week.
I am opening my classes again here in Norway after having been closed since 12th March. 
So a very special time indeed. 
I feel so blessed - belonging to this community, doing this work, bringing positive change to the world.

My name is Linda I did the Meditation teacher training in 2010, after teaching Dru Yoga for 6 yrs.
Knowing the benefits that Dru Yoga had for me, I then went on to teach both Dru Yoga and Meditation, I found that Dru Meditation took my practice to another level, I became a much calmer person, slept better, my outlook on life changed, my love for nature increased, what I found astounding was when I began teaching meditation, was watching, over the course of time the wonderful changes in people, it was almost like they were blossoming !
