Welcome to this session where we will share the subtle power of mantra, meditation and pranayama to 'turbo-charge' your five koshas – from the Anandamaya (spiritual) layer right through to the Anamaya (physical) layer.

As the cold winds begin to blow, what are best ways of keeping your immune system strong against colds, flu (and Covid)?

Whatever your individual constitution, we will share a plan you can use to help you. Learn what subtle practices can help ground you and overcome stress and worry, burnout and lethargy?

Annie and Petra will give you a practical way forward to prepare you for winter and the forthcoming Christmas festivities!
