This masterclass by Nanna Coppens and Ruth Boaler offers an utterly enjoyable combination of energising, flowing movements, myofascial stretching, deep breathing and soothing relaxation to ease back pain and improve the flexibility and strength of your spine. 

Back pain and stress are the main causes of sickness absence in the workplace. Since home has become the workplace to many it’s even more important to keep an eye on the employees’ wellbeing.
