Masterclass - Ayur-vegan Plant Power Through Ancient Wisdom

Join Karo Tak, vegan chef, health and Ayurveda coach, or as she calls herself a "holistic navigator" navigating you on this journey of discovery and finding your true north. Karo will share her own experience, knowledge and passion about the many benefits of plant-based living,  using the ancient scriptures and with an Ayurvedic lens, showing you how easy it is and how it will transform your life!

In this masterclass you will learn:

  • The relationship between Ayurveda, yoga and veganism using the yamas (ancient scriptures) as a focus point.
  • How to make an Ayurvedic diet vegan.
  • Simple basics of vegan Ayurvedic cooking.
  • Tips and tricks for a plant-based lifestyle.
  • All participants receive Karo’s booklet full of nutritional information, yoga and veganism and recipes!

The masterclass starts with a grounding and heart-opening meditation, so have a block, cushion or blanket close and of course bring your notepad too!

 

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 2 CPD hours for attendance at this masterclass. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

Keith was such an inspiration with his delicious dishes and I felt very nourished by our shared meal. I especially enjoyed the creamed carrots and will definitely be making it for my family. I was also reminded that it's not just about the cooking and that putting love and intent into it is what makes a real difference.
