Welcome to a vibrant evening of energising yoga to set your heart and body on fire... leading to a profound Dru Nidra relaxation and satsang to activate your deep potential for abundance.

This evening will be an excellent preparation for this weekend's incredible deep nidra/relaxation experience, and tonight we'll be building further insights into the mighty power of manifestation that becomes possible in the state of Dru Yoga Nidra. 

Yoga Nidra literally means achieving a state of unity within the stillness of rest. It's deep relaxation and so, so much more. 

Andrew Wells has been studying the power of Yoga Nidra for decades, both in pioneering war zone work as well as in teacher training courses around the globe; he is the compiler of the Yoga Nidra section in the Dru Yoga teacher training courses. He has deeply explored the possibilities inherent in the state of 'stillness within rest', and how this can uncap your potential to manifest your goals, healing or day-by-day success.

Tonight we'll be sharing the beginnings of how this is possible, adding more over the weekend. We'll explore how potent yoga can activate your awareness, ready for resting in the field of abundance from where you can turn your heart-felt possibilities into manifestation.

I have been doing Dru yoga along with my husband Alan Inglis for a number of years now and go to his classes. I have to say that Dru helped me get my strength and walking ability back after a very severe illness. I am a true fan.
