Masterclass - Transforming Anxiety - Movement, Mudra and your 6 Point Plan

This master class is aimed at anyone who is interested in shaping their own life and making the most of our current situation. As lock down continues we could be pawns in the game of life - or we could become designers of our own future. 

Mastering the energy of anxiety is a massive key to this. And Dru's practical approach means it's easy to convert the powerful forces within us that we call anxiety into their positive counterparts - courage, empowerment and the ability to add wisdom to everyone's lives. 

Tonight we'll investigate six of Dru's top tips for transforming the energy of anxiety - suitable for use at home and for sharing with your friends, loved ones, colleagues. We'll also cover key yoga principles and mudras from the Dance Between Joy and Pain, so that you feel able to directly transform the flutters of anxiety into a dynamic expression of your purpose within the mystery of life.
