Therapeutic Yoga for a Healthy Back

In this 90 minute Masterclass experienced Yoga Therapist Nanna Coppens will give you 5 top tips on how to prevent or alleviate chronic back pain. You can use this activating yet nurturing programme yourself or teach it to your students, family and friends.

The session includes:

  • surprisingly dynamic and fun activations
  • stretching and strengthening of specific muscle groups
  • asana work modified for back care
  • relaxing breath work
  • back specific visualisation 

This session will give you a taste of what you can expect on Dru's highly popular Back Care and Wellbeing Course.

Our aim is that you'll walk away from this workshop with the warm, invigorating sense of support that is the origin of a healthy back - and a successful life.

 

NB: This session is not suitable for anyone with recent onset acute back pain and/or inflammation of the sciatic nerve (pain and numbness).

Spirituality of Yoga

This course has helped to build trust in Life, that everything flows in divine time for my higher good. I am learning to tune in to my energy and intuition to know the next right steps - when to take action and when to step back, have patience and let life unfold.

The Spirituality of Yoga course allowed me to connect back in with my self at a time when the external world had become very challenging and uncertain.
