Regular practice of Yoga Nidra allows us to wind down and drop into a peaceful state of non-doing and calm.

In this webinar André will share with you an approach to deep relaxation - through Yoga Nidra - to help you peel away layers of stress, tension and worry and drop into a profound state of ease, restoration and healing.

He will guide you through some gentle movement and pranayama to best prepare you for the actual practice.

The focus of this particular practice will be on creating nurture and tranquility and establish a sense of wholeness and clarity.

This is your time to treat yourself to a profoundly nourishing experience for your body and mind.
