Masterclass - Revealing the mystery of the Yoga Sutras
In 500 BCE, Patanjali took the many scriptures on yoga for body and mind and placed them into a unified system known as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. His aim was to enable humanity to find peace and freedom from the dictates of the monkey mind! Patanjali has been described as the greatest psychologist who ever lived.
In this workshop learn how to open your heart to the essence of Patanajali’s message in a magical way using specific yoga movements with Pauline Ward. Chandra will then reveal the extraordinary hidden depths of the Yoga Sutras and show you their path towards mastering your mind and emotions.
Understand how your mind works and how to focus it into laser-like sharpness and clarity. Understand how to captivate the mind and senses, bringing them into greater harmony and strength. Become free of the thought and emotion patterns that keep you from expressing your authentic powerful self.
Join us on this informative and entertaining masterclass on yoga, philosophy and exposition on how one man managed to change the face of yoga.

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- My favourite part was the Salutation to the 4 Directions. I love doing and teaching this already, but really enjoyed using colour and affirmations within the sequence.

Dru Yoga is enjoyable and fun - puts a smile on your face. After the workshop, I felt full of energy and emotionally in harmony. It was great to connect with so many lovely people.

This course has been an amazing adventure. Teachers with wide spectrum of qualities, bringing you into guided meditations, breathing, asanas and EBRs. A 14-day journey to inner peace, letting go and allowing to transform. The most beautiful gift you can give to yourself. Thank you Dru!
