This exciting workshop will introduce students to the Dru Yoga ‘Power Sequence’ a cleverly crafted, dynamic, flowing sequence that will bring to life a sense of inner strength, confidence and determination.
You may be surprised at just how effective this practice can be in bringing about a more positive outlook and ability to focus more easily in your daily life, directing your energy to-wards achieving what you need to, with more purpose, ease and confidence.
This workshop with start with gentle activations to warm the body up let go of tiredness and get your energy flowing. You’ll move into your practice nicely prepared and able to absorb the full benefits of movement, on every level. To end the class you’ll be guided through a relaxation, into a deep ‘stillness.’
