Roll up your yoga mat and come along to this 'Here to Thrive' Autumn day retreat. A perfect day of yoga, meditation, relaxation, practical philosophy and reflective space - all designed to help you create a healthy and meaningful life of your own making! This is a retreat style workshop for everyone- as a follow up to our summer event at Birmingham Conservatoire, or if you're new to the 'thrive' series of workshops.
The theme of Autumn will inform the sequences, postures, meditation and breath work that feature in this work shop with a focus on slowing down, letting go and moving with ease into the new season. You'll also receive a practical philosophy session from one of Dru's top tutors and motivational speakers, giving you new insight and practices to work with, to continue thriving in the areas of your life you want to develop most. A day that's sure to leave you feeling refreshed, excited and empowered!
The first session of the day will include yoga designed to support your immune system and organs particularly affected by the change of season, with senior tutor Sylvia Barrington. The second part of the day will support you to experience emotional balance and inner stability to remain resilient amidst external change, with Louise Rowan.
Perfect for everyone who wishes to explore Dru Yoga and Meditation in more depth or simply enjoy a wonderful day of yoga with like-minded people.
