AIM OF COURSE

This comprehensive course is designed to train Dru Yoga graduates teachers in the practical skills to confidently and safely teach yoga classes to pregnant women.

We will examine the most common concerns yoga teachers have when embarking into this special area of teaching and demonstrate the fulfilling role of a Dru prenatal yoga teacher. This training explores how to empower women to trust in the miracle of birth and utilise the yogic techniques to face the challenges of pregnancy, labour and birth.

Course format:
The course consists of 3 weekend modules

Module dates:
Module 1: 15 - 16 June 2019
Module 2: 3 - 4 August 2019
Module 3: 9 - 10 November 2019

Times:
Saturday 10am to 5.30pm
Sunday 9.30am to 4pm

Prices and booking:
Non-refundable registration fee: £80.
£200 per weekend, payable 2 weeks before each weekend of the course.
