An afternoon of Dru Yoga, Meditation and Kirtan (near Mold, Flintshire)

This event has passed. Here are some other events coming up...

17 July, 2022

Be nourished with Dru Yoga, meditation and kirtan... and have an incredible time!

When Gandhi said, 'there's more to life than increasing its speed', he might have been talking about Summer 2022! So many of us are buzzing around, making up for lost time, connecting with everyone... and possibly losing ourselves just a little bit along the way!

Here's an opportunity to reconnect with all that's really important - inside yourself and in the whole of your life.

This afternoon in Treuddyn (near Mold, Flintshire) is designed to give you the best of body, heart, mind approaches to yoga and meditation, filling you along the way with kirtan, the song of your soul. We aim to show you how and why Dru Yoga sequences work so well to give you that amazing feeling of 'coming home to yourself' as well as a meditation process you can use throughout the summer to keep you on track.

We'll also have plenty of time for celebrating friendship and connecting with like-minded people.

Join Andrew, Petra, Susan, Neelke, Ned and the Dru team for a superb afternoon of energising kirtan, rejuvenating Dru Yoga sequences and transformative meditation.

Feel free to bring some vegetarian food for a pot-luck snack afterwards.

This is the first in-person Dru workshop in the Mold area in nearly 3 years and we're so looking forward to being together again :-)!!!

I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.

These Dru Youth yoga retreats are so beneficial and have given me so much confidence to be my true self in everything I do and my everyday choices.
When I feel stressed or going through a rough time it is so amazing to remember that I have such a close support network from Dru  who all share their support, love and care with everyone whenever it is needed. This love, care and support is always reciprocated.
Dru Yoga courses are such an amazing experience to have. I think everyone would benefit from having an experience like that. They teach you so many stress-relieving techniques that everyone can benefit from.
The friends and memories you make at Dru stay with you for life.
I look forward to the Dru Youth course all year round
