Dru's New Year Celebration of Meditation
Let's come together to connect and fill 2022 with light! At the beginning of a New Year, especially when times seem uncertain or challenging, it's so important to connect with each other and our greater community to share our goals and vision for the year ahead. Meditation will empower your New Year's resolutions and give you the inner resources of strength, focus and joy.
In this inspiring evening celebration, on Zoom, you'll be able to empower the year ahead by connecting with your international Dru community.
Enjoy movement, meditation and music. Learn ways to spiritually set your intentions for the year. We'll also have time to reflect on what we've learned from 2021 with grace and humour!
You will experience:
- Dru Yoga flows to energise and relax your body
- Meditations on light to bring joy and harmony to your mind
- Practical tools to make 2022 a year of growth
- Music and kirtan to uplift the heart
- Time to deeply connect with a small group of like-minded people in break out groups
This evening is donation-based. Your contribution will help us as a social enterprise to cover the overheads and equipment needed to run events like this. Thank you for your support!
If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue one 'Personal Development' CPD hour for attendance at this masterclass. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

I really enjoyed being amongst like-minded yogis. I enjoyed the moving posture work as it's not often I do postures I tend to do EBR[s or sequence work. I enjoyed the sequence this afternoon. I absolutely love all of these workshops and they keep me connected, both with new yogis and in my own body and mind. There was. very good mix of exercises, things to think bout and contributing verbally.
