Ayurveda CPD : Series 2 - Session 4

10 December, 2023
(Registration open till December 2025)

This course is only for graduates of the Dru Ayurveda Health Coach diploma

Session 4 - Spiritutal Practice as an Ayurvedic Practitioner

Establishing a spiritual practice is paramount for one's well-being, as it serves as a cornerstone for balance and harmony in life. As Ayurvedic practitioners, this practice becomes even more critical, as it equips us with a deeper understanding of the profound connections between the mind, body, and spirit. By cultivating a personal spiritual practice, we not only nurture our own health and well-being but also gain valuable insights into tailoring Ayurvedic guidance for our clients.

Annie's exploration of various practices aligned with individual dosha compositions will provide a powerful tool for personalised healing. Understanding that each person's constitution is unique, she can recommend specific practices that resonate with your clients' inherent energies. Furthermore, by discerning ones's clients' spiritual interests and inclinations, Annie can offer guidance and support as to how to tailor to your clients needs, enriching their Ayurvedic journey.

In this way, your own spiritual practice will becomes a wellspring of wisdom and compassion, enabling you to serve as a more insightful and effective Ayurvedic practitioner

Replays will be available for you to review your learning, and for when you can't attend the two-hour live sessions.

This live session will start at 9 am BST

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 2 CPD hours for attendance at this event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

Thanks so much for such a wonderful weekend. I really enjoyed connecting with you all again.
I know a lot about the topics discussed but hearing them spoken about with such passion by a group of experts really helped to clarify a number of points I was not completely sure about. I found it very motivating and gave me a greater understanding of why I need to do certain practices. I do most of the practices already so I don't really need to add anything. I would like to know more about the herbs that might be useful for me specifically but I would need a personal consultation for that.
Thank you for such an information packed and motivating weekend. I am looking forward to looking all the materials in the course.

We had a really great day yesterday.  The mixture of yoga, relaxation, cooking demonstrations and eating was just right.  It has left me wanting to know more about doshas and how yoga and food can balance someone.  We also loved the partner poses, beautiful and fun.

The Dru Ayurveda and Yoga workshop. Great simple demonstration of how to use spices in ayurvedic cooking - delicious results and an inspiring, mouth-watering day.
