Dynamic Dru Yoga Flow

10 March, 2022
(Registration open till December 2025)

This set of three classes is especially designed to encapsulate the excitement and anticipation that comes with the spring season. The movements will be dynamic and flowing, to help free up any stagnation and blockages of energy which might have been 'holding' in our body-mind systems throughout the winter months. This helps to detoxify on many different levels, and to create a body which is fluid and adaptable to change.

Join teacher trainer Christiane Saar in the celebration of the spring equinox, where day and night are of equal length, in bringing balance to your body, breath and emotions with the help of some balancing asanas, taught in a dynamic and flowing way. Working in the pace and rhythm of your inner connection with the earth, we will also stimulate the heart and lung- connection with the heaven element, creating a freedom and willingness to embrace life fully.

Paramount to our practice together will be the flow of the breath (our prana or inherent life force) so that we may be able to step into our most optimum power and vitality.

This class is suitable for all levels and everyone who loves yoga!

We look forward to seeing you! :)

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue three CPD hours for attendance at this yoga class (1hr per class). Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

Dru Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Porthcawl
My name is Linda I did the Meditation teacher training in 2010, after teaching Dru Yoga for 6 yrs.
Knowing the benefits that Dru Yoga had for me, I then went on to teach both Dru Yoga and Meditation, I found that Dru Meditation took my practice to another level, I became a much calmer person, slept better, my outlook on life changed, my love for nature increased, what I found astounding was when I began teaching meditation, was watching, over the course of time the wonderful changes in people, it was almost like they were blossoming !
So many of my students told they felt so much better since beginning to meditate.
I would recommend the Dru Meditation Course to anyone, it really is a life changer.

It has helped me to explore all aspects of myself. The course has taught me to slow down, observe and witness as I move, breathe and live. It has brought awareness to my true nature, feelings, thoughts and intentions.
It taught me to be kind to myself. The prana work brought attention to health concerns in a startling way. It then led the way in my healing, knowing that all is truly well – thank you!
As a teacher, I have become more aware on many levels of a person’s struggles, difficulties and of course their wellness and awesomeness!

I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.
