Dru Yoga to Ignite your Inner Light
Find focus and strength in 2022: Celebrate the light coming into your life!
To start this New Year we'd like to celebrate the light coming into your life. Not only will the sun start to move north with the days getting longer once more, but more importantly this is the time to welcome you back to YOUR inner light, your strength, your focus, your courage and your life purpose.
In this set of three classes taught by teacher trainer Christiane Saar you will learn postures and sequences to ignite the nadis (energy pathways) in your body. Release your posture from old patterns and welcome new potential and possibilities into your life. Spark off your wellbeing, ignite your immunity and find new balance and creativity on many different levels!
With its roots in the ancient science of movement, posture and breathwork and a deep and detailed understanding of the subtle energy system the movements and intentions set in your yoga practice can have a huge effect on your health, wellbeing and all areas of your life!
Know that as you light up yourself you light up the whole world.
You will be able to work within the abilities of your own body all throughout the session.
If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue three CPD hours for attendance at this yoga class (1hr per class). Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

As this class will be streamed via Zoom there will be limitled places available.
Make sure you give yourself a clear, uninterrupted space for the duration of this class. You deserve it!
