It's getting colder and the nights are drawing in - time for some radical self-care with mantra and sacred sound!

If you're looking for relief from anxiety, stress or insomnia, then why not join Jane for 75 minutes of luxurious relaxation with healing sounds? She will use a variety of instruments including brass and crystal bowls to soothe your mind and body. Once your body and mind are deeply soothed and relaxed, we will practice a blissful meditation together. This is a live event you can enjoy in your own home, and you'll get a free replay to listen to for 7 days after the event.

Jane Clapham, is a trained practitioner with extensive experience in sound and mantra. She has helped many people to find relief from physical, emotional, and mental issues using sound healing techniques.
