In these interesting times, how do we adapt our meditation practice according to the influences of the seasons and the planets?

Vedic Astrology or Jyotish (the study of light)  is the study of the heavenly bodies according to the Indian system. It is part of the same system as Yoga, Ayurveda and Vaastu.  It can provide useful insights into the nature of our bodies, minds and spiritual lives. In the month of June, we have so many notable planetary happenings - lunar and solar eclipses as well as so many planets in retrograde, including Mercury. In this introductory session, Jane will help you adapt your meditation practice for the astrological events in the next few weeks, helping you to find balance and calm no matter what!

Jane Saraswati Clapham enjoys sharing the fascinating topic of Vedic Astrology, to help us understand our own strengths and gifts, so that we can work in harmony with the natural world and be our best selves in all situations. The masterclass will be a combination of movement, lecture and meditation.
