Vedic Astrology Group Mentoring

Vedic Astrology or Jyotish (the study of light) is the study of the heavenly bodies according to the ancient Indian system. It is part of the same system as Yoga, Ayurveda and Vaastu.  It can provide useful insights into the nature of our bodies, minds and spiritual lives. In the month of July, we have so many notable planetary happenings. In this introductory session, Jane will help you adapt your meditation practice for the astrological events in the next few weeks, helping you to find balance and calm no matter what!

You will learn:

  • How Jyotish works and how it's relevant to you
  • The qualities of each of the nine planets (Nav Grahas)
  • What the main opportunities and challenges are of the next two months
  • What practices are recommended to keep you balanced and joyful.

The Group mentoring will be delivered via Zoom and will interactive so you can ask questions at the end. There are limited places, so please book as soon as possible.

 

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 1 CPD hours for attendance at this group mentoring session. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.
