Total Relaxation Escape - Dru Nidra and Relaxation
Welcome to a total bliss-out weekend ... and still have time to go out and enjoy the sun!
Summer is here, lockdown is easing and ... oops, is life getting a bit busy?
This weekend will take you deep into Dru Nidra and Relaxation to help you enter a profoundly relaxed state, re-connect with your goals and feel like you're 'you' again.
We have a suite of new techniques and insights to share with you:
- Enhance your emotions and feelings
- Harness the power of light and prana (life force)
- Understand how to heal body, emotions and mind
- Dive into the bliss of a Gong Bath, led by Jane Clapham
- Explore the essence of Dru Nidra and how to achieve it within Dru's potent techniques
- Decrease overwhelm and boost your ability to ascend towards your heartfelt goals.
- Generally have a bliss-out and prepare yourself for a brilliant summer!
And to help you make the most out of summer, our sessions will be on Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings, leaving you free to go out and play for the rest of the day.
You'll gain greater insights into how to use Dru Relaxation and Yoga Nidra to respond to the opportunities and challenges of life, yet all in a relaxed and easy-going summer way.
You’ll be carefully and so skillfully guided with our Senior Teachers: Andrew Wells - one of the pioneers of using Dru relaxation and nidra techniques in war zones, and collater of the relaxation/nidra section of the Dru Yoga teacher training manuals; Rita Goswami - one of the founders of Dru and master at the spiritual science behind yoga; Anouschka Dack - much loved relaxation/nidra presenter from Dru's Online Studio; Padma McIntyre - with a lifetime experience in therapeutic yoga on three continents; Pauline Ward - Senior Dru Yoga teacher trainer. And with a special guest appearance of Jane Clapham and her blissful gong-bath!
It's going to be a great weekend together!
Yoga nidra is now offered by the NHS and health professionals for boosting health and wellbeing.
Health note: Please note that relaxation and nidra techniques can be powerful and are not recommended for people needing professional support for mental health conditions (eg PTSD etc) unless under the supervision of a qualified therapist.
