In this online workshop, we will begin by awakening and energising the feet which are sometimes referred to as the second heart of the body. Our feet are also linked to six of the most important meridian pathways. We will then move the energy up through the spine with the flowing Salutation to the 4 directions to establish our natural connection to Heaven and Earth.

Very good style of yoga - with many benefits.
We had a really great day yesterday. The mixture of yoga, relaxation, cooking demonstrations and eating was just right. It has left me wanting to know more about doshas and how yoga and food can balance someone. We also loved the partner poses, beautiful and fun.
The teaching/learning has been fantastic, however there have been many other benefits on a more personal level that I hadn’t expected. Being immersed in yoga, with wonderful people in a beautiful setting has allowed me to ground myself, reflect and focus. Thank you and I can’t wait for module 2.
