Snowdonia is a great place to start your journey. The tuition and support team of previous students are so motivating that you feel totally supported in achieving your own goals.

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- Underpinning the true purpose of yoga - to develop a relationship with the Self that exists deeply within.  Loved the relaxations, especially 'Waves of Peace'. The pancha koshas provide us with a road map for better understanding of our psychological and spiritual development.
