Dru Yoga, Meditation and Kirtan

Be nourished with Dru Yoga, meditation and kirtan... and have an incredible time!

When Gandhi said, 'there's more to life than increasing its speed', he might have been talking about Summer 2022. So many of us are buzzing around, making up for lost time, connecting with everyone... and possibly losing ourselves just a little bit along the way.

And so, here's the great news - our calendar has suddenly freed up time that enables us to hold our first Open Day at the Lodge since 2019!

Andrew Wells, Ruth Boaler and Christiane Saar will be taking you into the heart of Dru - at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge, the heart of Dru.

We aim to nourish you with transformative yoga sequences, rejuvenating relaxation, uplifting Kirtan - the song of your soul... all finishing with a transcendent meditation. We will be exploring the essence of Dru Points - those moments in yoga practice when everything goes still and you can design your consciousness into just the state you'd like.

Christiane Saar will introduce you to a profound yoga experience in the Warrior of the Courageous Heart, using Dru points to help you design yourself into your original strength.

Ruth Boaler will take you into your soul with some special Kirtan, including a relaxation, bathed in blissful mantras. And from there, Andrew Wells will explore the essence of stillness, using a special guided meditation on fullness, resting in the essence of yourself, reconnecting with your original purpose.

And to add even more to a great afternoon, there'll be plenty of time for celebrating friendship and connecting with like-minded people.

Feel free to bring some vegetarian food for pot-luck light snacks afterwards.

Everyone welcome!

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 2 CPD hours for attendance at this event.

Workshop and shared snax afterwards

Suggested donation: £12 - £20

Time: 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm (programme);  4.30pm to 6.00pm (snacks and friendship)

I enjoyed the energy and enthusiasm of the teachers and the positive vibe. I love learning new things. The workshop was excellent: enlightening and fulfilling.

Keith was such an inspiration with his delicious dishes and I felt very nourished by our shared meal. I especially enjoyed the creamed carrots and will definitely be making it for my family. I was also reminded that it's not just about the cooking and that putting love and intent into it is what makes a real difference.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone involved.  The community that every single one of you has contributed to is really special and I feel will move forward and do great things.  Thank you to those who shared your guidance and experience, and thank you to those who brought them tea while they were doing it and those that cleaned the rooms before and after.  I am very excited to move forward and develop xx
