An inspiring day designed to uplift, re-energise and empower 

Join us for an inspirational day of yoga and meditation workshops in Bridestowe, Devon.  With a choice of workshops in the morning and the afternoon, you can design the perfect day for you.   Find more joy in your practice, whether you’re a beginner or a yoga teacher.  Whatever your level of fitness, there are workshops for you; experience of yoga or meditation is not necessary. Can't make the whole day?  Choose the morning or afternoon option.

Dru Dance is yoga and dance combined, choreographed to uplifting music. It's stress-busting and energetic and focuses on dynamic, flowing movement to create both strength and flexibility and improve your muscle tone and stability. 

Dru Dance - Santosh

This cleverly designed fusion of dance and yoga will help you to feel more alert,  energetic and feel great about yourself.

Our research programme has been working hand-in-hand with the NHS, proving Dru Yoga’s therapeutic effectiveness and in clinical trials Dru Yoga has been shown to significantly reduce back pain.

  • enhances emotional wellbeing

Yoga not only plays a preventative role for many lifestyle diseases, it can be an effective treatment too!

Create Calm

We breathe about 20,000 times a day! If we breathe better, it makes a huge difference to our health and our peace of mind. In this fun and accessible session, you will experience simple techniques to deepen your breathing, you'll explore how changing your breathing calms you and helps to deal with challenges, and you will be led through an introduction to the art of meditation, a profound and ancient practice that helps you find a still place inside, whatever is happening around you.

Know Yourself and Transform Habits into Choices

Is it possible to choose how we respond to, rather than react to, life?

 "Can we really change habits?" I'll give you a's our personal insight into what's driving our habit patterns that actually creates change AND the choice to approach things differently. Practicing yoga and using meditation and affirmations can create long lasting change. Are you ready to join me in making real changes in your life? 

In this session you will learn a powerful technique to help change unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour and look at situations in a new way. You'll come away feeling empowered, energised and able to navigate life's challenges with a fresh perspective.
