Enjoy moving the Dru way. Harmonise your emotions, improve your mood, relax and re-energise.

We will share techniques and yogic practices to help you maintain equilibrium during this season of rising fire energy when your energy and focus can easily be dispersed.  Contain your vital force so that you can direct it to take you forward in the direction of your highest aspirations.
