Our team of skilled and experienced speakers and tutors are all set to deliver this inspirational yoga, health and well being event, giving you the tools to thrive and live your life to its fullest.
Don't worry experience of yoga or meditation isn't a requirement. Workshops are for people new to Dru and for those looking to broaden their practice.
