I loved the Spirituality of Yoga course. It’s packed with information, advice and practices. I have enough material to practice for so very long time. It was delivered by top class tutors, in a very kind, caring way. It was very obvious that they had the students interest in mind, and the depth of their knowledge and wisdom is invaluable. I love the fact that people’s differences are acknowledged and respected, and they kindly guide you to practice that which will be beneficial for you at one moment in time. The group discussions are filled with compassion and respect for everyone’s experiences. I have been experiencing the benefits of the different practices in all areas of my life. I feel I have already gained inner strength, confidence and clarity and, most importantly for me, the effects seem to have rippled to the people around me. My relationship with my family feels more harmonious (quite a win considering we are in lockdown). I look forward to continuing exploring and practicing, and participate in the Sangha. Thank you very much Dru for being such a real, no nonsense team!
