This weekend many of Dru's health experts are gathering to offer several live Q&A sessions as part of our online Ayurveda Retreat@Home, and so specifically answer your health questions. 

We wanted to make ourselves available to you at this time - not just to discover more about Ayurveda, the health system established 1000s of years ago in ancient India, but also to help give clarity, suggestions and ideas of how YOU can refine your unique health plan according to your specific constitution.

Many of us are feeling fearful and anxious about our health, and that of our loved ones. Ayurveda is the 'science of life' and our health experts have spent many hours following the most up to date medical research and advice on COVID19, and this weekend will give you a holistic perspective and offer real, down-to-earth practical advice about improving your health and immunity.

Ayurveda is a fascinating ancient science and can offer us a unique perspective on today's COVID19 pandemic.



About the retreat

This introductory weekend will give you a practical understanding of Ayurveda which you can then use to keep yourself and your loved ones happy, healthy and vibrant. Content includes:

  1. Dru Yoga sessions to ground and strengthen your body and balance your unique constitution.
  2. Learn about which of the three doshas you are and how you can boost your unique strengths
  3. Cookery sessions to create simple, healthy meals all the family will enjoy
  4. Calming meditation and relaxation to dissolve anxiety and nurture
  5. Lively question and answer sessions with top health experts to deal with your concerns


About Ayurveda

How do you make sense of a vast variety of health information that is often contradictory? Ayurveda offers a logical way forward. This traditional natural healing system has sustained the passage to time and has existed for 1000's of years. Like a compass, it can give you the direction you need to take in your life. In Ayurveda, there are three main constitution types or ‘doshas’. Finding your unique constitution gives you a way of developing an effective personal health and wellbeing plan to bring you an abundance of health and vitality.

How you will receive your retreat

In addition, we will have live online sessions with the course tutors to tailor the experience specifically to your needs and to support your personal health and wellbeing. We will invite you to download ZOOM.US before the weekend. This is a live video platform which will enable you to meet up with the tutors and the rest of the retreat in person to chat and ask questions. This way, we will make the weekend nurturing, fun and real for you and us!
