Live Dru Yoga Class with Christiane - 30-4-2020

In this class we will work dynamically through Energy Block Release 2.
EBR2 is a complete whole body stretching programme which includes several yoga asanas. It twists and squeezes physical tension and mental worries out of your system. It's a fantastic sequence to awaken your Prana, and thus helps you to come into the now, truly arrive in your body and into your centre of stillness.

And of course we'll top it all up with a nurturing relaxation for you!

P.S. From this week onwards we will try out a new format, so the class will run from 7-8 pm.

This yoga class will be streamed live, and you can add comments by live chat to wish everyone well. (That's of course, while no-one is looking when you're supposed to be doing yoga!)

How to prepare

You deserve some space...

It's important to give yourself a clear, uninterrupted space for this special time! It's always tempting to do several things at once when you're by a screen - but we highly recommend that in this case, you create 90 minutes of uninterrupted time for yourself. We'll be covering some very special material that we hope will make a wonderful difference in your life. You are worth it - and you deserve it!
