Meditation teacher training in Snowdonia, Nov 2020
What is Dru Meditation?
Dru Meditation is about developing techniques and practices that will help you to remain calm and focused whilst navigating the challenges of life. It will help you discover a mindful awareness, or a still point within, by exploring the science of meditation. This is done uniquely in Dru Meditation, by focusing on the different levels, or koshas, through which we experience the world, taking the awareness from the physical through to the deepest layer of our being.
‘Dru Meditation enables you to bring your practice to the next level, leaves you feeling light and gives you a way forward.’
Karan, Dru Yoga teacher, Cheltenham

- Working knowledge of Energy Block Release 1, 2 & 3 and other Dru Yoga sequences
- Experience of the Prana Kriya techniques
- Good knowledge of the Vertical Alignment, Blue Mist and other Dru techniques
- An established meditation practice
- Knowledge of the chakras and subtle energy systems

If it’s not possible to achieve these preparations, you can catch up with a mentoring session from one of the tutors.

I not only enjoyed it, I loved it! Thank you. It really helped me to feel my core stability muscles. I'm looking forward training them ;-)
If you want to physically strengthen your body and emotionally enhance your mind, Dru Yoga will give you the tools to take into your daily life and help you cope with the stresses of modern living.
Thank you, this was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home! Great production also - good picture, good sound, easy to fast forward and great that I could see what was happening as I fast forwarded so I knew when to stop. I also like the way Dru Online is bringing us more specific subjects like this one, that before we have only seen in the workbooks. Thank you.
