The retreat will give you the energy, inspiration and support to deepen your yoga and meditation practice. Each afternoon will be a guided walk to explore the stunning Eryri - Snowdonia National Park.

This retreat will deepen your yoga and meditation practice, through transformative Dru yoga sessions, in-depth meditations in nature, and relaxation sessions, in the beautiful venue of Snowdonia Mountain Lodge.  It's a time to connect in real life with friends old and new, to strengthen and refocus ourselves and find new direction in these challenging times.  Gentle, guided walks encompassing valleys, woodlands, and majestic hills and rivers will help you ground and let go of the stresses of your busy life, in the company of like- minded people.

  • Re-energise your yoga practice.

  • Fall in love again with your meditation practice and find inner tranquillity.

  • Melt away stress while walking in Eryri - Snowdonia National Park.

  • Take time for yourself and prioritise your health and well-being.

  • This retreat will take place at the Dru Centre at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge (non-residential).

  • Yoga and meditation sessions will take place at the Dru Centre with walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside of Snowdonia.

  •  Delicious lunch, a light supper, tea and coffee are included.

  • Bed and breakfast are not included - we will provide a list of local accommodations of varying types from hotels to bunkhouses!

My name is Linda I did the Meditation teacher training in 2010, after teaching Dru Yoga for 6 yrs.
Knowing the benefits that Dru Yoga had for me, I then went on to teach both Dru Yoga and Meditation, I found that Dru Meditation took my practice to another level, I became a much calmer person, slept better, my outlook on life changed, my love for nature increased, what I found astounding was when I began teaching meditation, was watching, over the course of time the wonderful changes in people, it was almost like they were blossoming !
