This transformative 4-night retreat invites you to turn inwards, and deeply rest in the simple joys that meditation, walking and yoga can bring to our soul.

Give yourself the gift of silence, surrounded by the gentle support of like-minded souls in the beautiful mountain setting of the Dru Yoga Centre. Find solace in a supportive haven, where the art of meditation takes centre stage, allowing you to delve deep into the essence of silence amidst the serene landscape of Eryri – Snowdonia National Park.

We’ve designed this retreat for those with a background of a regular practice of meditation. The programme will include guided sessions of Dru Yoga and Meditation and include personal support from our experienced tutors. There will be time for you to deeply rest, walk in the hills and explore the power of mantra as part of your rejuvenation experience.

This retreat includes delicious vegetarian & vegan food and optional on-site- accommodation in this magical mountain location.
