Yoga of the Heart: Releasing Anxiety and Embracing Courage, The Southwest

World events and daily demands bombard us with a constant stream of unsettling information that impacts our nervous system. Our sympathetic nervous system stays switched on throughout the day and we find it hard to relax and anchor into a point of stillness. Dru yoga is the Yoga of the Heart, and has an abundance of techniques that will help you to appropriately choose an empowered way of stepping from anxiety into courage and self-compassion.

- Effectively manage the different states of your nervous system, from action to relaxation, with clarity and ease
- A new sequence to empower the heart and bring you into the centre of your courage and self-compassion in a bold and inspiring way
