Dru Yoga & Walking Day in Snowdonia - Jul
We'll be walking in beautiful Snowdonia, doing yoga and meditation along the way, with plenty of time for friendship and connection. Here in Snowdonia we have mountains, forests, streams, coastal walks to choose from. We'll have a fantastic time!
We know from experience that the power of yoga and meditation is magnified when we are outside and connected to the elements. At the end of this lovely day you'll find yourself restored and rebalanced - we've found from previous walks that participants want to return again and again.
Dates

The workshop was friendly, stimulating and a nice venue. I enjoyed learning new postures, the different layers of postures, diaphragmatic breathing. It was very clear, a good pace, informative on all levels. Great kindness and care from all tutors.

This was different to any yoga I've done before; mindful and meaningful.
