Here's some FAQs:

• Is the video live? Yes, if it has the word 'Live' in the left of the video. If not, please refresh this page.
• Is there going to be a replay? Yes, you will be able to play this again here. We normally take about 24 hours to upload it. 
• Is the video stuck and just showing a buffering circle? Go to the settings cog in the bottom right and change the streaming quality to a lower value. And if really stuck, try reloading the page.
• I don't see the chat next to the video. If so, please ensure you have logged in. (Top right of screen)
