Need a quick yoga class to calm your system or to boost your energy levels? Short of time? You’re in the right place - no class here is longer than 10 minutes!

You have lots to choose from including yoga postures, flowing sequences, deep relaxations and short meditations. This is a great way to start your day, keep you going through the afternoon slump and help you unwind before bed – all in the time it takes to drink a cup of tea!
