Useful relaxation, however my mind was also distracted by the music. I was trying to figure out what instruments were being played.

Hiya Silke, thanks for your message :-) As you can see this session is designed as a very short lie down at the end of a dynamic practice - especially if you're short on time and about to head off again. There are many longer and much more gentle versions on the studio - simply type "relaxation" into the key word search. :-)
