This week we bring calm and stability to our minds and bodies through exploring the deeper energetics of Prithvi Namaskara (Earth Sequence) including mudras.
To help us bring that calm and stability through the whole chakra system and to create a fresh outlook on life we practice the Dog posture (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
As a real treat, we take you through Energy Block Release 7 at the end of the class! This sequence uses specific movements to align your body, breath and mind to help you to deeply relax and let go. Very balancing for the whole nervous system and aligning all the chakras it will leave you calm, deeply nurtured and connected to your greater Self.
